ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Va’adia-BARD Postdoctoral Fellowship program was designed to identify

Jerusalem The program received special recognition for its excellence at the Israel
Agricultural Sciences Conference in 2021. The recognition highlighted that most
of the programs’ fellows returned to their country of origin and an impressive
73% of recipients now hold a position in academia and research institutions.
In keeping with the Board of Directors’ recommendations, the grant will be
increased by 22% from the 2017 funding level, in order to cope with the growing
cost of living.
