From this file the appropriate cover pages can be generated and printed directly from your browser and included in the full proposal or edited using any word processor with HTML capabilities.

Please read the MARD Guidelines for Research Proposals (Revised May 2013) prior to preparing your proposal.
Online submission must be completed by July 1, 2013.
Establish your file for access by all partners.
Upload abstract and full proposal to the BARD website. Information for cover page and budget pages must be filled in online. The pages can then be generated and are to be copied by you into your proposal.
